Konoha Media was engaged to rebuild TopGun Welding’s digital presence from the ground up. Their old site wasn’t showcasing the quality of their work, their services were scattered, and their brand felt more “2010s” than “modern fabrication equipment brand.” We fixed that.

Challenges

Optimising assisted-sales user journeys

Gentronics operates with a large and complex product range, many of which require detailed certifications, technical specifications, and compliance information. The key challenge was ensuring this information was easy to access and understand without overwhelming users.

Because the website functions as an assisted-sales funnel rather than a purely conversion- or lead-driven site, the focus was on guiding users toward the right product and enquiry pathway, rather than pushing immediate sales actions.
